You can emphasize on things. I was emphasizing on a particular thing. Stop trying to pick out grammatical errors that obviously don't exist, dumbass.

COULD BE RESTATED AS
I am just putting emphasis on my example.
IF WE AGREE ON THE LATTER, THEN IT MAKES SENSE I CAN STATE THE FORMER. |
