Note: I am using meaningful friendship in the artistic, general sense. It has different connotations depending on the individual.
I don't think so.
And since there isn't, I fail to acknowledge there is such a thing as a meaningful marriage.
I used to feel a connection with mankind and every living organism, but now I don't.

I don't think there is such thing as an "meaningless" relationship, whether it be friendship, love, or acquaintance. Every person you come into contact with has some sort of impact on your life, and the closer you are to a person the more affect they have on your life. Therefore, they mean something to you, whether you have an emotional attachment to them or not, because them being in your life has altered your future somehow.

Sartre says every action we do should resemble a model for others; that we are essentially acting towards a mirror. For example, if I choose X over Y, then I am essentially telling the entire world that one is better than the other.
But this is wrong, because we are NOT confined to human subjectivity or the collective consciousness. We are ONLY confined to ourselves and we can never express it through words or art entirely.
You are simply communicating to my persona, which is essentially a shield of my real self. I have tried expressing myself several times, but no one understands. I can fool myself into accepting my persona as the real me in order to attain acceptance, but this is false.
When I am on my bed dying, I will slowly become blind by all the towering figures surrounding me. I will realize that it doesn't matter whether other people are by me...
I am still dying alone.

If we acknowledge the impermanence of love, family, and everything, then we would be living in a different world; one that did not preoccupy itself with infantile concepts such as the "progression of mankind".
Why can't we be content without our machines, computers, games, and etc.? I do not wish to transverse among the stars; I wish to know myself and what is to come.
But I don't think the latter will ever be fulfilled. Thus, everything will accumulate and disperse into the nihil...
