You cant honestly believe that stripping a few war criminals and making them pose for a camera is anywhere near as bad as what these animals do on a day to day basis. The animals parading the dead bodies above their heads were in fact the innocent bystanders you are trying to protect.
BTW ..... I made no distinction between insurgents and general public, I just said kill them all..... right down to the diapered youth!!

ok i only read the first page (sorry but i don't have time to go through it all tonight.
First off nice post Mathias
Now onto what i have to say
In every issue ever debated there will always be people who take things Way beyond what is normal. Call it a weakness call it a brain tumor. Call it whatever you want.
Until people come to realize that there is no issue worth going to war or hurting others, there will be War, murder, intolerance, etc.
Mankind in my opinion is barely competent to even survive. If for instance everything we take for granted today were to be suddenly taken away, i doubt that 10% of us (including me) would survive.
We as a race have grown week, both in mind and body |

Another part of the problem is, we've fucked up the ecosystem with some of our modernization. Badly. Even if we had the necessary knowledge, in some cases, it wouldn't work out to keep us alive because there's too much damage already done. Basically, we've been digging ourselves holes for centuries.

True. In this instance the insurgents are the greater of the two evils. Don't get me wrong, the insurgents are crazy bastards. Their fucking religion tells them to go to war for religion. Their religion, to the extent that they take it, blows ass. But the other reasoning behind their motives I believe is justified. Again, we are intruding on their soil and trying to force democracy upon them. Democracy, like in my American Revolution example, cannot be forced down any country's throat.
The dead bodies that your "animals parade around" are, in addition to innocent civilians, American contractors. These are the people exploiting their country and fueling the capitalist corporate rape of the land. I care about them as much as I care about the insurgents. The innocent civilian deaths only exemplify the brutal nature of this useless war.
If we were militants supporting a totalitarian regime, we'd do the same thing. I'm just trying to say that they aren't heartless murderers and they're fighting for a somewhat noteworthy cause. It still blows ass, just like the US's motives.

Again, I don't know what the hell you're talking about. All I know is that what Tassadar types is always at the very least, coherent, opinionated, and never is littered and contaminated with things like "hahahahahahha" or a constant outpouring of telling people to 'get their facts straight' or 'do their research' or ".....".

Following with this comment, anyone who feels like they need to have the other person admit that they've been owned either needs an ego boost or wants to look good in front of other people by bringing a person to say it. In other words, more lame bullshit for the sole purpose of trying to feel good about yourself by winning an internet argument. And I think we've all seen the picture that tells us what an internet argument is worth.

It is pretty open ended. Bash atheists, bash christians, bash christian zombie vampires. A friend of mine made a bold move in his redneck filled religion class and brought up the question "If Jesus came back from the dead then doesn't that make him a zombie?". He said the looks he got were priceless, and I am going to try it if I have to take religion in college.
